Egyptian ruins

Hi all,

I tried to paint some Egyptian ruins by Scotia Grendel. Wanted to paint them in a sandstone colour but just couldn't get it right. Anyone got some tips regarding paints I could use?

I would spray it a dark brown. Then dry brush heavily with Americana Craft Paint 'Desert Sand,' followed by a lighter dry brush of Americana Craft Paint 'Bleached Sand'. I use the inexpensive craft paints that I get from Hobby Lobby for terrain. Good luck and please post pics when you're done.

Thanks for the advice! Didn't think of craft paints, I'll give it a try.
