thanks to carlos marighela I have heard of that great book. Received it today and now really hooked on all the lovely cars from. Hunderts of inspiring pics and lots of usefull infos!

I used to work for HMSO when it still existed and that was a very poular book. But for some reason boxes of them were pulped. Cheaper to pulp and reprint than store seemingly.
There is also a volume called " The great tank scandal" If I remember right. All about the development of interwar tanks.

Yes that is a bit pricey.
Again boxes of these were pulped at privatisation.

Thus it was that David Fletcher wrote a book which came in to posession of carlos marighela, who let this be know to Prof. Witchheimer who purchased his very own, of which hammershield heard of, who would not be without one...

Thanks for the tip! Got it today. I love the smell of antique books in the morning. As 'cream on the apple sauce' I also got a Lanchester war car to go with it. I am trying to figure out what kind of turret hatch this version sports so I can have an oficer poking out of it.
