(KICKSTARTER) Prodos Games Aliens/Predators: Recent developments pp.35ff

Anyone try contacting Prodos lately?  I've sent them 2 emails now through my Prodos account and still no reply.  I am curious to know if they will still ship my outstanding (available in their store) items with a new order placed through the store.

The only thing I've heard that they respond to recently are refund requests from your credit card or paypal.

are they not in Poland and is not poland next door to germany. Why not just go there and get your stuff and be done with it. It's not like Europe is a big place.

Yup they're total scum. Unfortunately they've just continued to run Kickstarters under a new name and have no shortage of loyal backers... Even when folks were informed of their shady past the backers rallied to defend them cause they didn't want their shiny stretch goals to slow down...

Prodos shifted most of their staff to Archon Studio and they still do lots of work on other folks Kickstarters as well as their own.

Honestly, I think Prodos does a fine job nowadays with their games and releases. Note: I have not backed AvP and my experience is not affected by that debacle. It's just how I view them as a Warzone player. They send purchases quickly (with excellent shipping rates), replace miscasts fast and without cost (a mate received four replacement blisters, giving him one hell of an army by now ). So while I understand that many people were burned by AvP, I think Prodos does well on other fronts...

I like the look of those alien casualty figures but it sounds like they are only for pre-order customers of the apc. Hopefully they'll release them at a later date. I still really like the figures!

I have tried to stop the newsletter several times...
Didnt work...now its always the same prcocedure...

So everytime they send me a newsletter im reminded and it escalates for me...
I wish i could meet them somwhere at a show...maybe i should just take what i payed for...

This is truly still a shame.

Glad I didn't get in on it, but would love some of those minis.

Have any of you tried contacting/complaining to FOX, to see if they can cancel/not renew their licensing agreement(s) over this? 

Doubt it would work, but it's worth a try.

I'd be contacting the local TV and News media, lawyers, courts, etc., etc., over this, if I hadn't received my stuff as well. 

Some people that were scammed by Ken Whitman on Traveller minis, and Knights of the Dinner Table stuff even set up a whole website to "out" the alleged con artist and criminal, so other people don't get scammed.

Those of you who haven't received their stuff might try something like that, since going on full court press just might get their attention.

At the very least, ALL of the Miniatures Blogs/Websites should have articles submitted to them about this scam, and non-delivery of prepaid items, so they can't abuse and take advantage of others again like this.

My guess is if enough heat is applied, FOX's Public Relations people might just take some action on your behalf, or drop the company and licensing like a hot potato, since it could cause a major drop in their multi-billion dollar enterprise, if they're linked to stuff like this.

Not sure if this is relevant but I had been having issues contacting Prodos... no big surprise there... but finally did have some success.  They were/are still honoring the shipment of outstanding pledge items with the purchase of something from there store.  I used my 25% coupon from when the box set was initially sent out and it still worked at checkout so they shipped what I thought would only include the available in store items. Much to my surprise I received:
