Brilliant. The way you have used the plastic and wood makes it look like a seamless model- look forward to seeing it finished.

Wonderful!

I am certainly nicking that idea as that kind of build is so versatile and would be perfect for my Mordheim project amongst other things.

Given which period you play it reminded me of this video:

A company of Stridsvagn M/21 on exercise bravely making war on a hostile barn, reducing it to an ineffective enemy unit. Yup, see what happens when you fuck with the Swedish army?!

I've played wargames in a barn which looked highly similar...although I think we didn't do that much damage. ;D

Do you have roofs like that in Sweden?

20th century barns are most often roofed with tile.

Thank you very much !!! Appreciate your support !

Exelent film clip of the m/21, we only got one at the monent...

No we dosen´t have that kind of roofs anymore, most often as Hammers pointed out they have Tiles or sheet metal roofs like my own scale 1:1 barn that I used as inspiration.

Best regards Michael

That's great, Dala! It is truly a delight to see traditional Swedish architecture in miniature and it ispires me to have a go at it myself. Lönneberga farm/hamlet would be fun to make or a Karolinsk herrgård.

I you don't mind me saying so, some broken 'en-kupigt' tile would complete this otherwise perfect piece. I know it's a chore to accomplish and I fully understand the compromise but it is in mind what would really make it soar. Please take this criticism as inspired by you being so very close to making a masterpiece. The 'Falu röd' is just so...
