Looks great!

Many times I wish I'd gone the 20mm route, because of all the benefits of cheap and/or readily available matchbox cars and buildings, easier storage, bigger set-ups on the same table etc...  :? I'm not bitter, I'll just keep chewing my sour apples.  8)

Only just caught on to this TBC, and it is bloody brilliant.
I love it!

Everything looks just right and it is obviously extremely versatile.

Hey Too Bo Coo,
I had not seen this post before. So glad you gave me the link to it. Fantastic stuff.
We are on a 20mm parallel universe type thingy, I think. I have your Chris and Alexis from Dark future (nicely painted) and a few more including bikes. I use a lot of matchbox or hot-wheels for cars and mix in kits as well. My buildings are by no means as completed as yours. My plan is to first make them as they would be for a train layout (I have a HO railroad set that I want to use them with someday) and then weather them heavily. I will add the grunge look with accessories so I can use the buildings for both. Time is the enemy here as you well know. Add in the so many projects I don't know what to do factor and nothing gets finished. That's the fun of it when I get bored I can move to that next thing I want to finish someday. Just came off an Aliens project and moving into some fantasy next.
You have made great progress here and 20mm is truly great for the buildings and size of the playing area. Look what you have in a couple of feet. Awsome. I do think we sacrifice detail on the figures but that's OK if we can score mini's like the Dark future line.
No amount of planning will ever replace dumb luck.
