Are we ignoring MDF here?
As most of this sort of thing does tend to be lazer cut these days.....

I think all of his terrain is in plastic but I could be wrong. Still waiting on my first order (didn't receive any UPS email, snif, snif).

Yup it is, I was responding to the Col's attempted derailment.  ;)

Be good to see what else will come from Ken next.

After getting shafted by another company, Ken/Proxie Models deserves a bit of a 'big-up'.

His range of home pressed injection kits is expanding and looks to be excellent value for money.

Having watched his blog videos, I doff my cap to his ingenuity and engineering adaptability... he's the sort of chap who needs to go on Scrapheap challenge or similar.

I have seen his tanks painted up and they look pretty cool so I can only assume that the barriers and buildings will look equally cool :)

Have done business, will do business, gladly.

Some of the buildings take a bit of effort to matchup (EDIT: the one we had issues seems off the site; reworking?), but the fellow that did it for me is asking me when we're going to do an order again.  :D

My first TW game was to rescue hostages from Greys in a Proxie 15mm small building.

Also sells on eBay as ken_of_york.

1) Hadn't seen the barricades before. Delish.

2) Some folk find the ruins a bit large scale, but I think they'd be good for a FoW Stalingrad...

Ken is every kind of awesome there is. I've ordered from him for  afew years now, never had an issue. He was even kind enough to make the hex-bases I requested a few years back. Always hsips quick and at a good price, hard to ask for better service than that.

Mostly I love his attitude. He literally does everything out of his garage, just because heck, why not? Most companies are so convinced you can't do injection plastic without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, he's doing it for just a few grand. I don't know how much his CNC machines cost but if I remember right he got the injection machine for free a company was just gonna throw it out and would have had to pay to have it scrapped.

He has a video of his setup here

and his blog

Those 12mm square and 15mm round bases look like just the thing for 15mm figs.  I was going to have some custom made by Litko but these are a much better price.   :)

Wow, the difference between him, his attitude and his ability to get stuff done and 'you know who' that he was involved with is staggering. I better find something he makes that I can buy. Good work Commander.

Makes you sick doesn't it, read Ken's blog last night.  Really interesting guy. Let's hope he gets the support he deserves.
