Is there a quick reference build sheet out there?

Hi all,

I do not own the hardcopy book for IHMN only the PDF and I was wondering to have me having to scroll back and forth through a PDF is there a quick reference  sheet with all the weapons, armour, powers, abilities  and stats on it? Having all that in a three or four page document page document would make company building a lot easier for those of us without a hard copy.
