Though I've got very few of them finished (painted), I've made dozens of custom Star Wars figures over the past couple of years. This evening I needed green stuff to repair something non-figure-related, overestimated how much I'd need, and figured that rather than let the big mixed ball of it go to waste I'd try to make a Gorax, which is a big monster that appears in the first made-for-TV Ewok movie. The Ewok movies are a big mess - there's a witch that spins around and turns into a crow, the ewoks live on the ground and ride horses, there are dragons... but I was nuts for them as a kid, and there are some fun Star Warsy-elements in them, the Gorax being one of them.
I took a chewbacca toy, pulled it apart (a mistake - without having the chance to do the green stuff in stages, having the limbs hold in place while I sculpted without sliding proved impossible), and went from there.

Here's the movie version:

I scaled him down considerably. The movie version is too big to make sense - to keep him in scale, he's have to be around a foot and a half tall (45cm). I opted for a much more modest version, one which can fit into a cabinet.
