Swiss troops from Glarus, Lucerne and Berne

I know it's one base per day, but I am on holiday for five days, and besides these are too nice not to show together.

Finished at 6:45 Am today these are Swiss troops from Glarus, Lucerne and Berne, using Perry Miniatures.

Every figure is different, as befits Swiss troops.

If you intend to bugger about in the time stream, dress accordingly!

Conflict In Colour - Knocking out painted armies for the connoisseur since about 8AM.

Those are really nicely done. I've started a unit of Perry plastic spearmen as Spanish myself and I'm really enjoying them - although I'm in two minds as to whether to paint them in a "realistic" colour scheme, or to take a leaf out of Captain Blood's book and paint them in Barcelona's team strip!

You've used the bodies I didn't really consider - I've used the chaps walking myself, along with some metal figures. Yours have turned out really well. I'm looking forward to see what you do with the rest of the box.

Very nice indeed 8)

Did a couple of units for early Italian Wars with a box of mine :) These miniatures can be used for so many 15th Century forces and a real boon to gaming :)
