anyone know anything about this rule set, it is from the free wargame rules site but the file will not open.
are the rules any good or do you know of a better, Free, set that is similar.
what I am looking for is a set of rules for the late 19th Century before the maxim destroyed massed charges.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.
