I'm a little bit burned with that, lost some money with Cargolifter, a german airship project in the 90ies. Bought some papers then for a long time investment, but it went higly speculative and in hindsight I think at some point it became a fraud, though nobody was incriminated. Nobody knows where several 100 millions got lost, including public funds.
