Good list.  Sergeant Major Miniatures http://www.sgmm.biz/Pulp_c_57.html and Tiger Miniatures http://www.tigerminiatures.co.uk/page13.htm each have some figures that would work for interwar pulp.

How do you define pulp?  If you include ERB-style interplanetary romance, you can consider Bronze Age miniatures as well.http://www.bronzeagemin.com/miniatures_html/32MM/SCI-FI/sci-fi28mm.htm

Added Irregular, Tiger, and Sergeant Major.

Sadly, Irregular Miniatures has almost no pictures of their minis.

There really aren't enough figures on the site to merit an entry on the list, but I did want to mention that the three sci-fi non-coms from CP Minis 28mm Sci-Fi line would make some great Pulp mechanics: http://www.cpmodelsminiatures.co.uk/CP%20MODELS%2028MM%20SCI-FI%20NON-COMS.htm

Where?

I click on 28mm, then I click on the VBCW figures in the sidebar, then you see a list, but only a few have pictures, and you have to scroll down to see them.

Every code is one figure, and all of them could be found on the pictures. Like ABCW1 Policeman firing rifle is the third one in the first picture of painted policeman.

the first picture is ABCW1-4, 4 minitures.
second picture is ABCW 5 - 10: you have two variant of ABCW 5 and one variant of all the others, of course you can choose the different weapon but miniature with open hand is the same. ABCW 9 and 10 have 2 variants, but I think is a different head or a different position of left arm.
3rd,4th and 5th picture are ABCW 11 - 17. No variants.
Only ABCW 18 do not have a picture.

Thank you for providing this, sir.  I'm new to pulp so this source list is quite useful.

Anyone tried Black Cat Bases (http://blackcatbases.com/)?

They have a very nice looking HP Lovecraft.
It's undoubtedly a trap.
