Rotary tool suggestion??

I used to use a cheap Woolworths type tool and swapped to the Dremel two years ago. The first Dremel burned out within a month and I had it replaced (free-of-charge).  So far (two years on) and no issues with the new Dremel.

Thanks guys....this is all great info.  I'll explore more options outside the stylus as it seems to go for
About $100 on eBay right now!I want something that will operate around 5k rpm or slower.
