Out of action at the moment,life has hit me very hard.I'm still around just not functioning at my usual level.Hopefully I will get back to my daily LAF routine,hopefully.

Thanks chaps,means a lot.

I'm perfectly well,physically anyway. My father died,we were very close and I feel,well I feel lost without his presence.It has been a rough 18 months,my mum died last year,my cat in April,I need a break from myself...Almost. I guess this is just self pity and the forum is not the place for that.

I remember the day my dad passed away only too well. I feel with you, brother. It's perfectly normal to need some, maybe even a long time for yourself. You know I'll be thinking of you a lot in the days to come. All the best to you.
