Can anyone point me in the direction of a manufacturer able to produce custom made decals? Don't mind which part of the world they are in.

Company B make custom decals, I believe.

If you are looking for transfer type decals of the do-it-yourself variety, you could always order plain water transfer paper and print out your own.   All you need is a laser or deskjet printer, white or clear backed transfer paper sheets and presto...

I've ordered my paper from Crafty Computer Paper in the UK and used it to print out custom transfers before.
