[Rogue trader/ Oldhammer] Some squats of my collection.
« on: December 17, 2013, 07:10:07 PM »
Hello.

I'm Solins, 38 years old, French and playing 40K since 1991.
I began with rogue trader and played all editions, but now I only use the second.

So, I will post some pics of my  collection (more than an hundred painted minies). My paint job is not on the top but I am satisfied with it.

Sorry for my sometimes weird english, I do my best ;o)

I began with my last one, a squat knight  aka  Jöt.

One with squats miniatures to compare the size.

Ebay miniature, don't know who produce it. Forge world conversion beamer and plastic pieces from the imperial guard vehicle accessories.

Hope you like it !

Bon chance! (*Warning: French exhausted*)

Sorry, don't know of these of which you speak; must be an illusion.   ;)

Paint job more than adequate, as is your English; though we hear your accent, it does not get in the way, which is more than some Brits say about me!  lol

Wish I'd seen the fig on eBay!  :o

Any trikes or bikes? C'or, I loves 'em!

Doug

Thanks for all.

There's my army.

No enough place for my three armorcast termites and for my goliath canon (forgeworld basilisk plateform).

I will try to post better pics.

So.

My troopers and support. They are those who dies, so respect.

Trikes and bikes. I need more, two on the way, one is a exo armor trike, yeah baby !

Exo armor by Bob Olley. A more modern variant from ebay. Discontinued sadly.
I plan to add two multi melta. Beardy, yes.

Berzerkers from the same source. Discontinued too ... that's hard for me. Need many more.

QG.
Female commissar is a gift from a friend.
Adeptus squat is a recast, but the price is too high to buy a second and I really love my conversion (plasma gun with visor and space wolf  ironpriest backpack).

Hearthguard.
It's difficult to get something looking good with these miniatures.
I will drop the powerglove, conversion is crap and add ... Hum ... Lascanon.

Modern rhino and predator.
Ancients one are too expensive and not as good as these one.
Rhino's doors and symbols by big daddy.
Predator turret from forgeworld leman russ, years before Pre heresy ;o)
Tank leader head by Bob Olley, squat plastic body and arms by a friend. The pose is superb.

Goliath canon from forge world.
Unloved by the others, appreciated by me.
Need more paint job, I agree.

Three armorcast termites. Sadly it's recast.
A pleasure to play them and hurt the opponent in his deployment zone  lol

I have some on my desk, never get enough.

Hope you enjoyed this pictures !

Great Squat collection you have there :) You should go and show them over on the Oldhammer forum to let even more lead heads drool over them :)

I'm working on my own Chaos Squat Warband and seeing these makes me want to get the ball rolling faster on them
