It's the Chinese figure from the Blue Moon Tombstone civilians set .. I did him some time ago , the rest are new.

Great figures, have always liked those figures.
Excellent painting.
Love the pigpen.
I try to use  a pigpen in many of my battles.
It is quite funny to see the action and fighting that goes on around that terrain piece.
But that is my own twisted humor. ;D
