Nice. The old Citadel line was so much fun. Maybe this guy could be a Chaplain ("hey guys, I was thinking we could have a little jam about... The Emperor") if you wanted to field him today... I don't know how strict the rules are.

If you look at the pictures in the blog link, it looks like he has amps/speakers on his shoulder.
