Just Finished Retreat from Moscow
« on: January 08, 2014, 11:52:39 AM »
Started before Christmas, just finished.

Victrix Figures and Scratch Built Cart.  I used the Victrix Artillery Limbers for the base of the Cart.  80mm x 80mm base...

Just pleased with it so thought I would show and tell.  More pictures on my March Attack FB Page

Great subject and very nicely painted and weathered. Since it reached -40 Fahrenheit here yesterday with wind chill the subject strikes a bit of a chord with me!

Brilliant work! I'm so tempted by these figures but have no idea what to do with them. I'm not sure how well they would work for sharp practice as I imagine the combat would be less linear and more skirmish like. I think I will wait for the Napoleonic supplement to come out from the muskets and tomahawks boys...

Gives me a shiver just looking at them - beautiful figures nicely handled.

Could you please do a tutorial and your weathering and basing techniques?

I am thinking of doing a unit for the retreat from Moscow.

I think you need to make a blog pooling all of your work together...would be a nice reference.
