Argh, I had meant to pick up hardcopies of all of the available Crooked Dice material at Carronade last year, but my hands were unfortunately taken up by a dozen Old World of Darkness books (woot angst!). Still, I have all of those now, so I guess next year that's what'll be bursting my bags on the train ride home instead.
Oh, and just to peg in, as I don't think I've said already, I use a mix of the 7Tv ruleset along with elements of the 7ZTv book for my own games. I find that gadgets can be out of place depending on a game's particular background (though that's not to say they can't be included), so elect to use the 7ZTv scavenger cards instead. The system's not quite perfected yet, but I'd like to in future work out some less haphazard post apocalyptic rules (at present I'm using bits and bobs of my own addons, though they need some work). Still, as has been said, the Action! engine's quite versatile, which beyond it being a decent ruleset, allows it to be applied to any setting you feel like (just look at 7th Voyage).
