Really interesting news, Paul.
I´m a fanatic of your figures, and these one can be very useful as Royal Marines against your "red" German sailors, by example.
But if you put them pith helmets, they could be used in the Third Afghan War (please!).

Very nice!

Well for the NW Frontier presumably Empress will go for  the more typical combination of shorts, shirts and Wolesleys and/ or Bombay Bowlers. Chaps in temperate  1914 uniforms with puttees doesn't really scream the Frontier to me.

Just accept these as  they are, superb sculpts of 1914 era British infantry.

You will have to bear with me as I will be doing this range when I can fit it in with other work. I plan to do the BEF first and then work my way through the war. Keep your eyes peeled and I will post pictures as soon as they are back on the workbench.

No rush, it will allow me time to finish some of my other projects first.

Mr Hicks, you need a clon of yourself, IMHO. Fortunately, I have a lot of projects that use your figures, so I can wait without pain  :). Sailors could be a good adition to the range...

I would love to do Royal Navy for the defence of Antwerp. The dollies might well work as well for AZW RN as well.

Me too! :D

Although I'd love for Paul to revisit the Congo 1960s 5-Commando stuff he did some time ago. I've got them all but want more! If I won the lottery…  ;)
