This is why LA is awesome. I had two PMs of people offering to let me buy stuff via their pledges. I think, though, it's good that I missed this stuff. As much as I want some, I can't really afford it. I think missing this was fortuitous, in that I didn't spend money I don't have!

Regardless, I really appreciate the LA fellas lookin' out for me!

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances of a tragic nature I am going to have to postpone this project until later in the year when it can get my undivided attention. We have suffered a sudden and unexpected bereavement of a close family member and it has been a massive shock. It is with a very sorry heart I have to write this after such a great project but I feel it would be very unfair to all of you who have shown me great support to try and carry on with it at such a troubled time. At the moment my family must take priority over everything else.

I would hate to think anyone who pledged money with us in good faith lost out financially so I have been talking to the support team at kickstarter who have been a great help. Full refunds will start shortly.

This project WILL relaunch at a later date and I hope you will support us again. Once again thanks for being a great bunch of backers

It ended 5 days ago. So here's fingers crossed and hopes of this not being a scam. I logged in on my ks account and it actually says that my amount is refunded. So we'll have to wait and see

Double checked my account and whilst showing as refunded in the KS backer profile no funds yet. It is only three hours post termination of the project. I wouldn't sweat it just yet...

It is a bit more than three hours (I saw it at 0600 this morning and it is 1630ish now) but KS told me it may take a bit for the refunds to show up. I'll keep checking.
