1st Corps miniatures scale- how do they compare?
« on: January 09, 2014, 11:42:18 PM »
As in the title - how do they look in comparison with Warlord for example? Just eyeing up some of their paras- they look nice, but don't want them to look like midgets near other stuff :)

They're quite bulky and the sculpting style is different. Nice figures though, my dad has quite a few. But I think he's struggled to find things that blend and basically just uses 1st Corps.

I am more concerned if they are not significantly bigger/smaller. I guess I will just give it a go :)

That's all you can do.
Best wishes,

Damn, wish I knew their heads are so big comparing to other manufacturers. Lovely models but just really don't fit. Will have to sell them off I guess..:(

Hi,I'm actually in the middle of re designing the 1st corps miniatures para's .
The new heads have had there helmets and scrim nets reduced in size.and do fit more comfortabley with others at the same time still fitting with Rob Bakers origional figures.not an easy task. The new jeeps are all me though .If your off to York then check them out.I have been commissioned for more serious hard wear for the paras and hope to have some of that ready by Salute.Tied up with my Ww1 and the new 1st corps Dark Ages at the moment,

If your set on buying some let me know when you've picked them up and I'll see if I can get Simon to send you some heads so you can do head swaps for other makes so you can achive a cleaner mix of figures
