What annoyed me the most was the initial response being quick as lightning, while the "dude, refund" mails were ignored. The five of them.

Yup, I had an identical experience, very quick to ask for it back once I told them, then no response after that. It was metal strips too so it wasn't cheap to post. I can't remember who it was without checking my old emails but I do recall not using them again.

PIcs- yes, we are slowly going through hundreds of unmarked white molds , some with the most strange bits of gear! and hundreds of unreferenced photos.

WE are a  tad swamped with orders from people who do know the ranges but once we are on top of things we'll get photos out for those of you who don't know the range

Yes I appreciate the site is a a tad antiquated  but the cost and disruption of altering the biggest selection of stuff for the wargamer available anywhere in the world is rather prohibitive

15 years ago we used to buy minis from brick and mortar shops, at the shows, or because we see pics in miniature wargames or wargames illustrated , but it was 15 years ago  ;) ( and i remind of the wargames foundry lists illustrated with some drawings )

the problem is that there is No source, on the f***ing internet of pics of PMC models .
and it's your problem ...

you can't sell minis like you sell books ... at least for the big and quite expensive models ...
Dans les situations critiques, quand on parle avec un calibre bien en pogne, personne ne conteste plus. Y'a des statistiques là-dessus.
