Eureka Toy Town Soldiers

how tall are Eureka's toy town soldiers?
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

For "Toy Town Soldier in shako at attention"
from bottom of feet
to eye level is 32 mm,
to top of cap is 40mm,
to top of plume on hat is 55mm.

An typical 28mm miniature (like Artizan) comes up to the nose of the figure.
A bigger 28 (like Copplestone or Redoubt) comes up to eyeball or cap visor.

They are good for Girl Genius style 'clacks'.

They look good in ranks of four on a 60mm base. You can just squeeze them on a 40mm base in ranks of 3.
