I've been given permission to show you the sculpt I have done for Rafms upcoming Kick starter project..

The God Of The Bloody Tongue :-)

He is about 90mm from base to top of the tongue.

Great sculpt, one of your best ones. My main tip would be to get rid of the eyes, that would me make it more unworldly.

For the sculpt: yes, remove the eyes! And I think he is a bit skinny, but I guess there needs to be some internal space when he retracts the tongue

Shame, really. And also odd, since IIRC the old sculpt also lacks eyes...

Mitchelxen, I'm just going to copy what I posted on the Cthulhu Wars comments section:

The sculptor posted a pic of that on the LA CoC forum, and mentioned it would be part of an upcoming KS. I hope so, cause I wasn't all that psyched about their IGG campaign and if they go the same route I'll probably pass again. However if they KS it I'll be mightily more inclined to give it a look see.

So you see I'm really glad to hear you're going the KS route this time and I can bet you're going to be surprised at how much better this goes over than it did during your IGG campaign. Looking forward to it now and glad to hear about the "eyectomy" on the God, I also agree it will notch up the creepy level and bring him more in accord with peoples conception of him. Good call if you do.

Nice work. Maybe the legs and feet should be bigger and a bit longer, since the arms and tentacle are quite beefy.
