They're from a Pegasus Hobbies Chemical Plant kit.  I duplicated the form by cutting out black plastic mesh with a hobby knife...  The thinner mesh ones work better inside buildings, and I'll use the blockier ones on the walls...

I started 4 walls and 4 towers..  That way I can form a long wall, or a building with an interior courtyard...  This is turning out to be a pretty enjoyable build...

A small courtyard...
