(COMMERCIAL) Fire For Effect Studios Sculpting Store Now Open
« on: January 21, 2014, 04:58:30 PM »
Hello everyone,

After hours (days) spent with tech support, I wanted to announce that we have the web store up and running and will be adding more things over the next week, including additional tools for sculpting.  You can check out the store at http://store.f4estudios.com.

For those of you who wanted to purchase additional courses, or for those who didn't get in on the kickstarter, you can preorder the courses right now. As soon as the course launches, the preorder will be taken off and they will be offered on the website to start as soon as you purchase the course.

There are a few changes to the courses.  For those who have ordered the Basic Sculpting Techniques, it is still there with the exact same course outline but we changed the name so it made a little more sense.  Instead, Basic Sculpting Techniques will be known as Fundamentals of Sculpting #1.  Fundamentals of Sculpting #1 has been changed to #2 and the final course on Fundamentals of Sculpting will be known as #3.

We are offering sales for the courses for a limited time, however, they are not the same sales that were offered to everyone who supported the kickstarter. The packages do not come with the free stretch goals and Quiktec courses.

So check out the store, let me know what you think and feel free to share it.

Thanks

James

James,

I'm quite interested in this but with a heavy nod towards making historical miniatures. (I'm basically not interested in making Fantasy mini's).

How apt would your courses be for making Historical mini's?

Do you have any examples of historical mini's that you have sculpted?

Cheers,
Darrell.
