How does he: a) carry the steam fist, and b) power it?

TABLET is a grumpy red bearded small human some say Dwarf? (never ask him he hits you) technically and  mentally he is an expert on anything mechanical or energy driven , he can build anything with the right tools and repair and  operate any machine or device, he is  sullen and speaks in gruff  tones and grumbles  like a fish wife. One thing is his loyalty to the Lords of light some dark past or time makes him unbelievable at times along with his courage and mind
