I was at Vapnartak today, and Irregular miniatures sold me four cattle five sheep and three pigs for about eight quid. I don't think you can go far wrong with that.
Measure with a micrometer, mark with chalk, cut with an axe, hammer to fit, paint to match!

Miniaturicum has them, I bought 5 or 6 sets recently.

The thing I like best about the set is that it's not just adult animals.  So lets say for the pigs, you get a mom, dad and 2 piggies.  4 chickens, 2 roosters and 4 larger chicks.  There are 2 turkeys, but I guess I wont be using them much...  You even get a dog for the yard!
