Youve pin pointed the difference...  4Ground kits are more snap together and its done.  Sarissa are Paint and clip together as you want. 

Youll find that the new Sarissa WW Europe range is modular, as per the Gaslamp and Sfi Range, so parts and floors can be interchanged and extended too.  What youll see in York is just the starter, and more kits are ready to go.
