Buntaro, a great mini, but may I point you to the rules page of the LPC?

I think your post should be moved to the general CoC board where I am sure it will get the same appreciation.

(Jeeze, reading my own post I come off as a complete dick here...)

Don't worry - it's hard to give advice like that without sounding a bit... rules-lawyery (is that a word?).
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

What a first post!

He knows how to make an entrance, that for sure.  Great first post - you've set the bar pretty high  ;)

Thought I would add another servitor.  I was experimenting with more inks and washes and a brighter palette than I normally do. A bit garish but I suppose it will do for a servitor of a blind god.  :)

More great stuff! Love Nyarl's brain, totally far out paint job on that servitor and the muted and quite frightening Ghast.
Makes me want to get a few more done before the end...and I did. Finished a new beastie today...now if the bloody weather would only warm up enough for me to varnish him...

68 and counting... I may still have time to get an entry or two more ready. Finished my degenereates yeasterday, but discovered that I also need to paint a cultist (West Wind Vampire Wars Cossack - my Cult de Ghouls is from Eastern Europe  ;) ), before I can return tothe LPC.

Howler(s) and Polyp are great. I need some bigger monsters, methinks!  :)

Question: Is the Polyp meant to sit on a flying stand (per design)?

LPC69: Dark Young

"But the Forest is queer. Everything in it is very much more alive, more aware of what is going on, so to speak, than things are in the Shire. And the trees do not like strangers. They watch you. -- I thought all the trees were whispering to each other, passing news and plots along in an unintelligible language; and the branches swayed and groped without any wind. They do say the trees do actually move, and can surround strangers and hem them in."

Miniature by Avolak. Cultist for scale.

heh heh, 69

Great entry, Dolmot, it's a impressive figure and the painting in black is very effective.

Very nice indeed, Dark Young are my favorite mythos creature. Impressive!
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.
