Hi,

i think not. I found these vehicles for the Irish Army :

Panhard AML 90
AML 20
Scorpion

MOWAG Piranha IIIH
ACMAT VLRA

It was in 2010, maybe they have more now, but i don't think.

No vehicle currently in use by the Irish army is done in 28mm, except maybe the Scorpion (which they don't have many anyway).

The AML-90 is no longer being used and I've never heard of a ACMAT being used by the Irish.

The two main vehicles in use are the MOWAG (the two variants one with cannon and one without) and the RG32M/Outrider. The latter is in coming out in 20mm in the next few months, along with an expanded range of Irish in 20mm by Elhiem. No MOWAG in sight though.

Apparently they have a few ACMATs as gun tractors for their mortars and 105mm light guns.
