Big Bertha crew?
« on: February 06, 2014, 10:11:49 PM »
I have the HLBS kit of the german Big Bertha gun and would like to get a fitting crew for it. What would you experts recommend?

Any figures you can find cupping a hand to their ears and mouthing the word "what?".

Thanks for your extremely useful reply, pixelgeek.  :-I

Hopefully someone else could help with some more substance and will recommend the one or other miniature range.

I would support the North Star option - IIRC, the HLBSC guns and vehicles are less "clunky" in sculpt than others, and the generally crisp and lanky appearance of the North Star figures might be a better choice than the Renegade ones, which have more heft and stand a little bit taller, IIRC.

Also, whatever you do, make sure to include a little fellow like this one:

I second that. Really nice work there.

My Bertha has also no crew sofar and the HLBS british crew has to serve my MK V cannons, but the idea is a good one.

Cheers njetkulturny

I did a Big Bertha for a LPL some years ago. Plenty of lewd jokes about a crew for her, I am sure...
