They are nice, but they do not look like proper Indochina buildings, like the ones you encountered (and still occasionally encounters) in small towns and larger villages, they could work for smaller hamlets, and not everywhere, and some for montagnard houses. But we still need proper Vietnamese buildings. I am quite lucky because a friend of mine gifted me with a wonderful photo-book on late XIX early XX century Vietnam with plenty of houses. The structures are usually brick (covered in stucco and painted, I assume often the bricks were mud ones) even in outskirts and smaller town. I think the best ones (in 15mm alas), are the one from timecast, and they could be used for inspiration. One important thing to remember is that Indochina was urbanized from longtime before the Spanish and the French popped up. and even before it was a colony Europeans architects and engineers were working there (like in the case of the citadel at Hue).
Thus my answer at the moment in none.
