Khurasan previews Los Viejos
« on: February 14, 2014, 07:33:47 PM »
These little desperadoes were made years ago and I've forgot all about them but will release them next week.

They might be short but their aim is true -- do not mess with these hombres.

This is what you want to see of Los Viejos!

Here an unfortunate farmer, ol Zeke Copplestone, has unwisely decided to run Los Viejos off his land.  Sadly, it was the last thing he ever did.

There's a stuffed armadillo in a restaurant where my family sometimes goes to dinner on Saturday night, and after a few margaritas I thought my daughter's suggestion that I make armadillo guys was a brilliant plan.  Will probably release them next week -- they've been sitting in a bag for three years now, so I might as well.

Bob Olley made these -- he also made my cigar smoking bears with heavy plasma guns, and the Bolshirat/Menshimouse range.

For the love of all that's holy, please say those are 28mm.

Agreed!

Looks like so next to the Copplestone fella.

A surprise faction for the Old West BLAM game could be in order..... :D

Edit: For stupidity....

I'd say they were pretty scaleless!

Loks like (28mm) next to the Copplestone fella.

Argh, woe betide my aging eyes - my browser zoom level cut off the scale comparison pic so that I couldn't see Old Zeke. Serves me right.

You couldn't see him because they got rid of the body.  Digging a hole is no problem for these fellers.

Must be a theme, Warlord just released a 28mm armadillo, too.

Perfection! Such fun little critters. I keep seeing so many shiny new things and my financial status is so bad right now! I could see these working well as not just desert world bandits, but also as extra spice for a cosmopolitan spacefreighter's crew, hired guns in warzones that call for small size and natural armour plating (these guys would be awesome "tunnel rats"), so many possibilities!

So little money! :(

And....

It's a good thing they didn't market that in the states, or it would have given customers an entirely unrealistic impression of its purchase price....
