This is indeed a nice model, I have never been brave enough to strip one of these die-cast models before.

I hope he is reading a quality paper and not a tabloid.  ???

I didn't strip it, quick rub over with sand paper and then sprayed with Halfords primer and painted.

Did turn into something of a sausagefest in this thread.

Great car - the map is a fantastic touch. All around a great piece. Typical officer high command types, toddling around  in their motorcar reading the latest news about the disaster they created!
