1/48 Grummon Goose by Signifer
« on: February 23, 2014, 01:23:04 PM »
Anybody have a Signifer 1/48 Grummon Goose seaplane they want to sell?
-----
It will often see action in blog adventures in the S. Pacific this year. Thus, you won't totally miss it because it will be featured often in photo stories. Let it go to fly and find it's wings!
---
Signifer's model has a lot of detail compared to the simple but nice Lindberg model I now have. The former will be best for up close photo scenes.

Hopefully,
Bill

PS See Campaigns of General Pettygree blog for the genre of stories in which your Grummon Goose will fly.

General
I have the Lindberg Goose that we use for everyday use but detail wise I found the Czech Models is one of the best I have seen.

Yes, I have the Lindberg Goose which I am going to turn into Cutter's Goose. I've not seen the Signifer one but if I see it I'll let you know.

Take a look at Wings of Texaco - 4th in Series - 1996 ERTL/1940 Grumman GOOSE on ebay.

This isn't my auction, just an example.

Good luck.
We need more Pulp Planes in action!

Thank you very much!
I appreciate your assistance.
Pete I took your advice and found the Czech model. It arrived today from a shop in japan. It's a gem.

The Signifer model I wanted is probably extinct.

Cheers for you all!,
