28mm Critters
« on: March 04, 2014, 03:14:51 AM »
I am in need of 28mm wild critters for the old west. Specifically skunks, raccoons, beavers, badgers, and squirrels. Any others would help also, but I am missing these in general.
Also, if I remember correctly someone made old west creatures like Bigfoot and Chupacabra but I can't seem to find them either. My google fu is failing me in my old age.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

              Thanks!

Look at Reapers Familiar packs for some critters, they also have a few Bigfoot options. Brigade sells a Chupacabra in its Caribbean Empires range. Hope that s a good start.
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

I think Ral Partha also do packs of these animals. I also remember a US company doing something similar vein taking on the old HLBSCo minis

ON a separate search I found these:
Animal Swarm from DGS Games, http://www.dgsgames.com/index.php/link-shop/product/59-animal-swarm

There is a skunk and a squirrel in the pack in addition to a fox, a rabbit  and a deer (looks like a whitetail or mule deer).

Reaper has a good bigfoot...  http://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/sasquatch/latest/50011

And I seem to remember that Mega Minis had some of those animals, but you will have to hunt through some secondary markets as they went belly up.  :(

Also look for O Scale critters in the states.
I've seen them in places like Hobby Lobby and Hobby Town, anywhere selling trains or craft/school diorama stuff.
Good luck.

Thanks everyone!!! These are just what I was looking for. Most of the sites will be getting an order from me for at least one critter.
