    • Not Yet Dead Miniatures - Surviving the Zompoc in miniature
Hi Guys,

1/35 scale = Not yet dead... that is the norm, BUT I had a few "TRUE" 28mm castings made up from the first 5 miniatures that I have in 1/35.

Vampifan got the first bunch and I think he is happy with them!

These will not be available in my webshop (which is soon online) as I am concentrating on 1/35 scale, and once these are gone then that´s it for the time being.

If anybody wants one or five, then PM me and I will sent you my PayPal Email for payment.

Price is only €3,- (Three) per figure.

Shipping via DHL with track and trace (Germany €5,60)
Shipping via DHL with track and trace (Rest of the wastelands €10,00)

Ok, don´t all rush at once :-)

Cheers

Ooh. Do you have pics against other models for scale? That and maybe a painted one? Is that middle one wearing a gas mask? Meh, I may be in for the whole set come pay day. ^^

Hey Wyrmalla,

sorry I don´t, but they are really true 28mm scale, that means their heads, hands and feet are really in scale with the body and not bloated like most of the figs on the market.

The 28´s were scaled down from the 1/35 (where the proportions are correct).

Is that middle one wearing a gas mask?

Yes she is, just over mouth and nose, her eyes are not covered.

Ah right. So height wise do they stand close to say Games Workshop's range, or smaller? Judging by the tabs (which look like they'll fit in 25mm bases right?) they're standing as a tall 28mm (GW scale).

...Whatever. I'll see about buying a couple from you come Friday (payday). If you want I can post up a few pictures of size comparisons with other ranges when I recieve mine? ^^

Does #2 have four arms? Or am I not seeing it correctly?

Thanks.

That'd be the shotgun's carrying strap I think.

Very interested in these. Would it be possible to see a comparison photo of the minis? I use mainly Hasslefree, Reaper, and Crooked-Dice minis in my Zpocalypse gaming and am wondering how they would compare. Thanks in advance!

My own models arrived today. As its been asked, I've taken my own little lineup of these models for scale. Scuse if the quality's not perfect.

Models marked with a * are marginally raised on their bases.

NYD, Crooked Dice, NYD, Hasslefree, NYD, Warlord Games

NYD, Wargames Factory*, NYD, Empress Miniatures, NYD, Wreck-Age (oi, not finished painting that one)

NYD, West Wind, NYD, Games Workshop, NYD, Reaper Miniatures

NYD, Statuesque Miniatures*, NYD, Brother Vinni*, NYD, Infinity
(The other manufacturers in this picture are mounted on 30mm bases as opposed to 25mm)

Also, as it may be helpful here's what the models are armed (based off of the original image in this thread as some of the gear isn't clear).
Female one: twin pistols + baseball bat
Female two: Hockey stick + shotgun
Female three: Machete + pistol
Male one: Shotgun + katana
Male two: Shotgun (stockless) + molotov cocktail

Correct me if I'm wrong on any of that Not yet dead. ^^'

Hey Wyrmalla, that is correct :-)

Hope you like them, Even if they are on the small size.

@ Too Bo Coo, I think it will be only €6 for the neighbours to my left side. The German postal Service has a really wierd system... They have changed their prices again

The size is no issue. With smaller models I just plunk them on a bit of plasticard for a bit of extra height. Detail wise that they were made for a larger scale is apparent in that they're features aren't as obvious as larger models (ie they aren't etched in with a carving tool like GW models  ;)). Crooked Dice's Daisy Taylor model sits at about the same height and proportions, though I didn't have one to hand for scaling.
