Ooooh, that's a great effect with the dullcoat and panel lines. I'd only add some transfers here and there to add some details to it. But other than that excellent work and especially since it works for 28mm!

That works a treat! 8)

From my point of view, those panellines and the dullcoating makes all the difference. You've taken your already great build, and taken it out of a WIP-looing stage right into excellence...

This is great work!  :-*
Any chance to provide a bill of materials used in the construction?

See? We're NEVER satisfied!  lol

Yes, huge improvement; hope you're as pleased as we are.

Do you use PVC for indoor water pipes in Germany? The big end piece is a pipe cap.

Thank you, I saw the blog posts  :)
But I was wondering what else apart from the obvious wood and PVC components was used. Some stuff looks like some old GW terrain parts and ammo containers, but I can't say for sure...

Hi Folks,

Hauptgefreiter,
So aside from PVC and wood...

From back to front,
-Engines are pipe fitting
-Exposed frame is HO train bridge
-Under-panelling toward the front & bridge control panels are paper terrain prints from World Works Games
-Main Turret is from an Old Crow "Saber" tank using 2 barrels,
-Radar dishes are flight stands assembled backward
- The smaller gun battery at the bottom of the sail is scratchbuilt and the guns are from some toy I got off ebay a gazillion yrs ago
-crew are seated F-4 pilots from Aerobonus with GW and Crossover headswaps

Thanks Beast, yes I am pleased, except for the bridge. I think there is another rebuild in the near future.

Malebolgia, yep decals are next

Thanks everyone for looking and offering constructive feedback. It really helped the overall look and I appreciate your insight.

See her in action here http://govgensectorsix.blogspot.com/

Thanks,
MG
