Hey Scott, Are you planning on releasing more figs for the new edition?
Saw a great 15mm scale Rocket Raccoon this past weekend would be great for 28mm scale. Sure the sculptor wouldn't have a problem making it if it was commissioned. ;-)

Signed up, no promises on the KS or any models (Have a bunch of the original in larger size but mOving to smaller figures so if you go 15 mm (or smaller) then I will be seriously tempted, else only maybe rules.)

A book will fit on my shelves quite nicely.        So that is a possibility.  Will there  be any "Test-drive" AARs posted online for giving a flavor of the new rules?

Yeah, we're going to do at least one video explaining some rules.  Of course, the play-test doc has been up and I have been updating it about every 10 days or so. 

We'll be starting layout soon.

The book should weigh in at around 256 pages.  I also plan to include a Fast-Play Rule Sheet and reference tables as well.

256 pages... um, that is a bit more than the rules that existed when I started miniatures war games (I am not counting toy soldiers in my youth) in the 1970's.  Well, maybe except for WRG and the start of the fall of D&D that AD&D reflected.

We plan to use a clean, readable layout, with plenty of examples. If you've seen the B&B 2nd ed layout, it will be similar to that in terms of structure--2 columns, plenty of white space.

Also, the SoloSystem rules will be in there for folks to use. And I have included more RPG notes so folks can take the game closer to a full RPG if they like. We're also including optional half-page RPG sheets:




So yeah, there's a lot going on, but there will also be a Fast-Play Rules Sheet for beginners or folks who want to teach the game to newbies, and a nice double-sided reference card.
