We were discussing this in another thread - it's one of the reasons I actually enjoy Kickstarter projects.  I forgot about them, then get a box of goodies.  I don't back many though so I don't think I'd likely forget one.  lol

Note that both Indiegogo and kickstarter keep a list of everything you have backed. On Kickstarter you can even mark the campaigns as being received/completed/fulfilled or not so you have a reminder for these long winded fulfillments.

Yes, and I missed filling out a form during a family period of crisis and the miniatures are essentially gone - I have to wait until the web shop opens.  I suggested a refund but did not get an answer.  I hate to be rude...
