They are currently in the planning stages so should, unless nasty fate takes a hand, get done this year. The Empress Republican packs need regulars to toughen and support what they have.  The Nationalists regulars are needed because I like the uniform

You also use it in german southwest Africa as it bears a similar resemblance to the Ehrhardt Mtn gun.
