Northwatch dragon by darksword miniatures

I have finished the paintjob of this fantastic miniature from darksword miniatures i have purchased from MR Marx user here in LAF few weeks ago.

You've done a FINE job on what looks to be a pretty complex piece. The Dragon's scales are STUNNING as is the rest of the painting. GREAT WORK!

 :-* looks great, love the scheme on the dragon and the way you painted all those scales, looks rather time consuming but the result is worth it

Nice job.  I painted one of those up a few years ago for a workbench article on The Miniatures page.  It was a nice miniature but I remember it being a pain to assemble.  Mine had some pretty bad mold lines and some major gaps that required greenstuff and some additional sculpting.  There were also a couple of broken pieces on the rider.  I hope yours was easier to work with.

A friend assembled ours a couple of years back, and I recall some major gaps.  I wonder where he is - you're version is very inspiring!

The essembly of the model is a nightmare, it took more hours in the essembly processs than in paint process
