No, not decals. One of the shields (from some random fantasy knight sprue) has an embossed lion rampant, and I just copied that freehand onto all the rest.

Didn't mean to suggest you used decals at all, I know you're a man of integrity
I thought that one looked embossed, but that's not a criticism at all, just the way it catches light.
