It does doesn't it? I shouldn't have left that extra space to imply the running for Poor Jenkins. With the 800 pixel limit on width it really reduced the height and therefore the detail in the other figures.

Oh well, you live and learn. I'm still getting used to the new limitations.

Those Bruegelburg figs look fantastic!

That extra space made it win out in the end for me though Blue, another close call, but I just love that bit of story telling in the composition

Blue, as always, I love your subtle shading! You really have to stare at your pic for all the details to come out...once you do though, it really brings out your skill.

I agree.  Very subtle but well executed shading and highlighting.  It is a shame that paint jobs like this are often overlooked.

The Bruegelbrug miniatures are great sculpts - just the right amount of detail without looking cluttered. This helps a lot to get good results.
