Its based on the superb Sherlock Holmes villain Charles Augustus Milverton and features and experimental rule for how to represent Milverton's ability to blackmail and control even the highest rungs of society. Nice Company.

The blackmail Talent looks very good. That's not an easy thing to model in a game, but I like what you did. Effective, but it doesn't appear to be a game breaker.
