Warzone Resurrection Imperials out soon
« on: April 08, 2014, 06:34:38 AM »
To folks who weren't in on the WzR KS mostly:

So, no Imperial mini-KS then, eh? Can't complain about that. Have doubts about the miniature size tho, am pretty sure these'll tower over any old Imperial stuff I have.

Thanks for sharing, they look pretty cool.

that little tank thing looks awful, totally pathetic. rest is ok, never liked those walkers with the front end of a WW2 plane look. still, much better overall than the original line of models for Warzone, most of which were some of the most awful fugly sculpts I've seen. not the best of the new releases by some margin these.  :-[

what is the little thank thing meant to be? does it have a driver? looks like the vehicles for dystopian legins with the weird scale mixing.do like what i can see tho.

Actually, is it some sort of mini test print of the grizzly design?

Do they have a US distributor?  I've been looking.

Not yet. It's all through their site. I know a bunch of folks holding off on this edition till they can order from their FLGS.

The only information I've seen about it is the name: "Greyhound tankette".

Im pretty sure it was mentioned in the Imperial Sourcebook for the original RPG or original Warzone - but I don't remember if it was meant to be a one-man tank or some sort of automaton/remote control thingy.
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

I did.
I placed a pre-order for some capitol marines. Received them rather quick (for a pre-order). No problems.

Looks to be a one-man vehicle now at any rate:
Quote
Each Greyhound LAFV is significantly smaller than a standard road-faring automobile and is crewed by just one trencher who both drives and mans the weapons. The conditions within the cockpit are dirty, wet and cramped just like the trenches the crew are so used to. The traditional armament of a Greyhound LAFV is a fore-mounted gas cannon traditionally known as the ‘Chimney’ or a 160mm mortar known as a ‘Slinger’
