Pulp Rocket
« on: April 08, 2014, 07:56:52 AM »
Saw this at Michaels and thought it might be of interest. Not sure if I will get one. It's a wood bird house regularly $17 but $10 this week or you can get it with a discount coupon when not on sale.

Also available at this time of year, various plastic egg shapes perfect for pulp rocket building. Specifically there is a nice hard-plastic Ferro Rocher chocolate container which I'm hoping to get on sale and a few egg shaped hard plastic candy/toy containers with a flat side so they lay on their side. Just wondering how many to get.

Chocolate rocket...best... idea... ever. Scenario idea: make your escape from planet Y before your rocket disappears. Gather plot points (chocolates) to repair.

Pierrebi: no, no, no... that is for the greenhouse project (really - I have 4 of those cases hoarded away ;)). That being said some of the other Ferro Rocher boxes are perfect for scifi habitation pods. The hard plastic doesn't crumple but does seem to crack easily.

Michi...nice. Never saw those before.

Oh yeah, it was free - stolen from my grandson  :o :o  Don't worry the young scoundrel has been more than well compensated since  lol lol
